Nourishing Slovakian-Style Fried Cheese Dumplings
A twist on traditional Slovakian fried cheese, this recipe combines the comforting dumplings with the bold flavors of Mexico.

- β2 cups all-purpose flourgluten-free flour for gluten-free option
- β1 cup double-cream milk
- β2 large eggs
- β1/2 cup frying oilvegetable or canola oil

Combine flour, milk, eggs, and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
