Irish Stew
A hearty and comforting Irish stew made with lamb, potatoes, carrots, and onions. Perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 medium Potatoespeeled and cubed
- β4 medium Carrotspeeled and sliced
- β2 medium Onionschopped
- β2 tablespoons Semolina flour
- β4 cups Nourishing beef broth
- β Salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Brown the lamb cubes on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onions to the pot and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced carrots and cubed potatoes to the pot, and stir to combine.

In a small bowl, mix together the semolina flour and beef broth until smooth.

Add the flour-broth mixture to the pot and stir to combine.

Add the browned lamb back to the pot, and bring the stew to a boil.
