Hearty Irish Turkey Stew
A comforting and nourishing stew made with tender turkey, fresh vegetables, and herbs, perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β1 Turkey neckabout 2 pounds
- β3 Carrots
- β2 Potatoesabout 1 pound
- β1 Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 sprigs Fresh thyme
- β1 bunch Fresh parsleychopped
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- β4 cups Chicken broth

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the turkey neck on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the turkey and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the carrots, potatoes, thyme, and parsley. Cook for 5 minutes.
