Jamaican Pork Curry
A flavorful and aromatic curry dish made with tender pork and a blend of Jamaican spices.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds pork shoulder
- β2 tablespoons nourishing oil
- β2 tablespoons curry powder
- β1 teaspoon allspice
- β1 teaspoon thyme
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 leaves curry leaves
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1 cup coconut milk
