Baked Morbier Tart
A savory tart featuring Morbier cheese, puff pastry, and a hint of Ukrainian flair. Perfect for a dinner party or special occasion.
Ingredients
- β1 block (8 oz) Morbier cheese
- β1 sheet (thawed) Puff pastry
- β1 lb Ukrainian sausage
- β1/4 cup chopped Fresh parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 tbsp Lamination oil

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out puff pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Transfer pastry to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

In a small bowl, mix together Ukrainian sausage, salt, and black pepper.

Spread sausage mixture evenly over the center of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Place Morbier cheese on top of the sausage mixture.

Fold pastry edges up over the filling, pressing gently to seal.
