- β1 small head Red cabbagecored and thinly sliced
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakesoptional, adjust to taste
- β8 oz Nourishing noodlespreferably rice-based
- β2 tbsp Light oilsuch as peanut or vegetable oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β2 tbsp Soy sauceor to taste

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
