- β1 cup Shredded CheeseMonterey Jack or Cheddar
- β1 tablespoon ButterUnsalted

Instructions

Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of the tortilla.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the cheese.
