Saudi Arabian Chicken Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic chicken tagine dish inspired by traditional Saudi Arabian cuisine. This slow-cooked stew is made with tender chicken, nourishing herbs, and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β2 tablespoons gheeclarified butter
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon paprika
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons honey

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
