Smoky Ethiopian Turkey Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Ethiopia, slow-cooked with tender turkey neck and a blend of aromatic spices.

- β1 teaspoon Smoky paprika
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 medium Carrots
- β2 medium Potatoes
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β2 cups Chicken broth

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
