Smoked Paella with Chorizo
A traditional Spanish dish with smoky flavors and spicy chorizo. Serve with a side of fresh vegetables for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- β2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- β1 pound Chorizo, sliced
- β2 cups Nourishing Long-Grain Rice
- β2 tablespoons Spanish Olive Oil
- β1 large Onion, diced
- β3 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 large Red Bell Pepper, diced
- β1 can Artichoke Hearts, canned
- β4 cups Chicken Broth
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chorizo and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Remove the chorizo from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
