Pak Choi Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew made with pak choi, nourishing vegetables, and a hint of Spanish flair.
Ingredients

- β1 large Chop Spanish Onion
- β4 medium Nourishing Carrots
- β2 tablespoons Spanish Olive Oil
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β2 cups Vegetable Broth

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
