Polish-Style Spring Nourishing Bowl

Ingredients
- β1 pound Polish Sausagelook for a natural, uncured option
- β2 cups Spring Vegetablessuch as asparagus, carrots, and bell peppers
- β2 cups Nourishing Soupsuch as borscht or beet soup
- β1 Bowlpreferably made of ceramic or glass
- β4 slices Turkey Baconlook for a low-sodium option

Slice the Polish sausage into 1-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet.

While the sausage is baking, cook the turkey bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
