Beef Aji Gallina Curry
A Peruvian-inspired Indian curry made with shredded beef, aji amarillo peppers, and creamy gallina sauce. This dish combines the bold flavors of Peruvian cuisine with the rich spices of Indian cooking.

- ●1 cup gallina sauce
- ●1 cup coconut milk
