Egyptian Chicken Curry
A flavorful and aromatic curry dish from Egypt, made with tender chicken and a blend of spices.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons curry powderadjust to taste

- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β1 cup coconut milkfull-fat
- β1 cup chicken brothlow-sodium

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
