- β1 cup all-purpose flourfor empanada dough

- βto taste black pepper
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor brushing empanadas
- β1 medium, chopped onionfor filling
- β3 cloves, minced garlicfor filling

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Mix chicken, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
