Thai Chicken Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with flavorful Thai chicken, crunchy vegetables, and creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- β2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β1 cup Sliced bell peppers
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- β2 cups Lettuce leaves
- β1 large Tortilla wrap
- β1 cup Shredded carrots

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add coconut oil and swirl to coat the pan.

Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Add Thai red curry paste to the pan and stir to combine.

Stir in fish sauce, honey, and chicken broth.
