Brazilian Paneer Curry
A flavorful and spicy Brazilian-inspired curry made with paneer, perfect for a quick dinner. Serve with rice or naan for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons numbing sambal
- β1 teaspoon curry powder
- β2 tablespoons ghee or oil
- β1 medium, diced onion
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1-inch piece, grated ginger
- β1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- β1/2 cup coconut milk

Heat the ghee or oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook until the onion is translucent.
