Smoky Slovakian Tofu Bowl
A hearty, smoky Slovakian-inspired bowl filled with marinated tofu and a variety of vegetables. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients

- ●1 tsp slovakian smoked paprikaoptional
- ●2 tbsp soy sauceor to taste
- ●2 tbsp olive oilfor marinating
- ●1 medium onionsliced
- ●1 medium bell peppersliced
- ●2 medium carrotpeeled and sliced
- ●1 cup brown ricecooked

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, and Slovakian smoked paprika (if using). Add the tofu and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the tofu from the marinade and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

While the tofu is cooking, heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and carrot, and cook until the vegetables are tender.

To assemble the bowls, place a scoop of cooked brown rice on the bottom, followed by the marinated tofu and sautéed vegetables.

Garnish with your choice of toppings, such as chopped fresh herbs or a dollop of sour cream.
