Traditional Egyptian Date Tagine
A classic North African dessert made with dates, nutmeg, and a hint of spice.

- ●1 tsp almond extract
- ●1 tsp ground nutmeg
- ●1 tsp Egyptian tagine spice blend

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine dates, infused sugar, almond extract, and ground nutmeg.

Mix well until the dates are evenly coated with the sugar mixture.

Transfer the date mixture to a 9-inch (23cm) round baking dish.

Sprinkle the Egyptian tagine spice blend evenly over the top of the date mixture.
