Christmas Fritters with Spiced Pudding

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Using a cookie scoop, drop the batter into the hot oil, about 1/4 cupfuls.
