Argentinian Beef Stew

- β2 large potato
- β1 large parsnip
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 cup red wine
- β2 cups beef broth
- β2 sprigs thyme
- β2 leaves bay leaves

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the beef on all sides, about 5 minutes.
