Brazilian Paella with Crunchy Nuts
A classic Brazilian dish with a crunchy twist, perfect for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp Brazilian-style sazon seasoning
- β1/4 cup toasted almondschopped
- β2 medium nutritious sweet potatoesdiced
- β1/4 tsp grains of paradise
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1/4 cup crunchy fresh parsleychopped

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sazon seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the diced sweet potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, until they start to brown.

Add the paella rice and grains of paradise, and stir well to combine.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the rice is coated in oil and slightly toasted.

Add 2 cups of water to the pan and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.
