Uni Mediterranean Skillet
A flavorful and nutritious skillet dish packed with uni, golden vegetables, and a hint of Mediterranean spices. Serve as a light dinner or snack with whole grain bread.
Ingredients

- β1 cup mushroomsliced
- β1 medium golden bell peppersliced
- β2 tbsp skillet oil
- β1 tsp minced garlic
- β1 tsp dried oregano
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

1. Heat skillet oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

3. Add sliced golden bell pepper and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

5. Add dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
