Irish Grilled Cheese
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, with a hint of Irish charm. Perfect for a quick snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β2 slices Whole wheat bread
- β2 oz Brie cheese
- β1 tablespoon Butter
- β1 sprig Fresh thyme
- β1 oz Irish cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.

Butter one side of each bread slice.

Place one bread slice, butter side down, on the grill.

Top with Brie cheese, thyme, and Irish cheddar cheese.

Place the second bread slice, butter side up, on top of the filling.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Carefully flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown.
