Irish Skillet Tempeh
A nutritious and flavorful skillet dish featuring tempeh and inspired by Irish cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 package (8 oz) Tempeh
- β1 medium, sliced Red onion
- β2 medium, peeled, sliced Carrots
- β2 medium, peeled, cubed Potatoes
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 cup, trimmed Green beans
- β2 tsp Skillet seasoning
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the olive oil and swirl to coat the bottom.

Add the sliced onion and cook until slightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced carrots and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Add the cubed potatoes and cook until slightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the trimmed green beans and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the tempeh, breaking it into small pieces, and cook until heated through.
