- β1 can Haricot beansdrained and rinsed
- β1 cup Cooked Korean kimchistore-bought or homemade
- β No-sauce vegetablessuch as bean sprouts, shredded carrots, chopped green onions
- β2 cups Cooked nutritious greenssuch as spinach, kale
- β1/4 cup No-sauce nutssuch as chopped peanuts or almonds
- β1/4 cup No-sauce seedssuch as sesame seeds

1. Cook the mixed rice according to package instructions.

2. Heat the cooked haricot beans in a pan with a little bit of oil.

3. Add the cooked Korean kimchi to the pan with the haricot beans and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
