Mexican Causa with Grilled Chicken and Apple Salsa
A Peruvian-inspired Mexican dish featuring grilled chicken, creamy causa, and a fresh apple salsa.
Ingredients
- β4 breasts Grilled Chicken BreastCook at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 15-20 minutes.
- β2 cups CausaCook according to package instructions.
- β2 apples Apple
- β1 medium Red Onion
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β4 Nutritious Lettuce Leaves
- βto taste Limena Dressing (or lime wedges)

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
