Veggie Wrap Delight
A delicious and healthy veggie wrap filled with seitan, nuttty sauce, and topped with fresh Syrian herbs.
Ingredients
- β8 oz seitanstore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup nuttty saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup Syrian herbschopped fresh parsley and thyme
- β1 whole wheat wrapor gluten-free wrap
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β1 tsp olive oilfor brushing wrap
- β1 tsp lemon juiceoptional
Instructions

Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat.

Brush the whole wheat wrap with olive oil and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Slice the seitan into thin strips and cook in the pan for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned.

In a small bowl, mix together nuttty sauce and a squeeze of lemon juice (if using).

Assemble the wrap by spreading the nuttty sauce mixture on the cooked wrap, followed by the seitan strips and Syrian herbs.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
