Australian Shrimp Skewers
A flavorful and healthy Australian-inspired dish featuring marinated shrimp grilled to perfection on skewers.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp nutty
- β2 tsp australianAustralian seasoning blend
- β1 pound shrimp
- β10-12 bamboo skewers skewers
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 clove garlic
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread shrimp, tofu, and vegetables onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

In a small bowl, mix together nutty, australian, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Brush the marinade onto both sides of the shrimp and tofu.
