- β1 package (8 oz) Vegetable Noodles
- β2 tbsp Soy Saucelow-sodium
- β1 tsp Grated Ginger
- β1/4 cup Chopped Scallions
- β1 tsp Sesame Oil
- β1/4 cup Chopped Peanutsoptional

Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tsp of sesame oil over medium-high heat.
