Beef Empanadas Recipe
A classic South American dish, beef empanadas are a delicious and savory treat. This recipe uses homemade empanada dough and a flavorful beef filling.

- ●1/4 cup, chopped nutty
- ●1/4 cup, chopped crisp
- ●4-6, homemade or store-bought empanadas

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the chopped nutty and crisp to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Season the beef mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Roll out the empanada dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Spoon a tablespoon or two of the beef mixture onto one half of the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
