Pan-Seared Fish with Jamaican Spice Crust

- β2 tbsp Jamaican Spice Mix
- β1 cup Crisp Oatmeal
- β1/2 cup Nutty Almond Meal
- β2 tbsp Tagine Olive Oil
- β Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Mix the Jamaican Spice Mix and crispy oatmeal together in a shallow dish.

Dip each fish fillet into the spice mix and coat evenly.

Heat the Tagine Olive Oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
