Beef Stir Fry
A quick and easy beef stir fry recipe made with crispy beef and stir-fried vegetables. Serve as a meal or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef (sirloin or ribeye)Cut into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilFor stir-frying
- β2 tablespoons Nutty stir-fry sauce
- β1 bunch Green onionsChopped for garnish
- β1/4 cup Crispy fried onions (optional)For garnish
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the nutty stir-fry sauce and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and the beef is coated.
