- ●1 cup Cucumber SlawThinly sliced, with vinegar, chili flakes
- ●2 tbsp Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed

1. Prepare the Ethiopian spices by mixing berbere, niter kibbeh, and garlic.

2. Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture, and sear in a pan at 375°F (190°C) for 3-4 minutes per side.

3. Meanwhile, warm the crispy tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
