Malaysian Satay Cabbage Stir Fry

- β2 cups, shredded Cabbage
- β1/4 cup, chopped peanuts Nutty
- β1/2 cup, chopped fried shallots Crispy
- β2 tbsp Malaysian Satay Sauce
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 tsp, grated Ginger
- β1 tsp, minced Garlic
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until slightly tender.

Add peanuts and fried shallots and stir-fry for another minute.
