Chocolate Crust Cheesecake
A rich and creamy cheesecake with a crunchy chocolate crust. Perfect for dessert or snack time.

- ●200g nutty biscuits
- ●100g crumbly biscuit crumbs
- ●100g unsalted buttersoftened
- ●2 eggs
- ●200g sugar
- ●250ml cream
- ●1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).

Prepare the crust by mixing biscuit crumbs and butter until well combined.

Press the crust mixture into a springform pan.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan over the crust.

Bake the cheesecake for 45 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 140°C (285°F) and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 10 minutes.
