Pecan Nut Crunchy Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe with crunchy pecans and a nutty twist.

- β1 cup Pecans
- β1 cup (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) Crunchy Vegetables
- β1 pound Ukrainian SausageSliced
- β2 tablespoons Stir Fry SauceYour favorite brand
- β1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add Ukrainian sausage and cook until browned.

Add crunchy vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
