Midnight Tofu Panna Cotta
A creamy Italian dessert featuring midnight tofu, nutty flavors, and a delicate texture.
Ingredients
- β1 package (12 oz) midnight tofu
- β1 cup (120g) nutty
- β1/4 cup (60g) silken tofu
- β2 tbsp (30g) maple syrupor to taste
- β1 tsp (5g) vanilla extractoptional
- β1 tsp (5g) lemon zest

Combine midnight tofu, nutty, silken tofu, maple syrup, vanilla extract (if using), and lemon zest in a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture into small individual serving cups or ramekins.

Place the cups in a large baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides of the cups.

Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 25-30 minutes or until set.

Remove the cups from the water bath and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serve chilled, garnished with additional nutty or fresh fruit if desired.
