Crispy Brown Rice Cakes
A simple and crunchy snack made with brown rice, crumble topping, and nutty flaky crunch.

- β1/2 cup Crumbly Topping
- β1/4 cup Nutty Flaky Crunch
- βto taste Salt
- β1/2 cup Water

1. In a large bowl, combine brown rice and water. Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes.

2. Preheat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat.

3. Add the crumbly topping and nutty flaky crunch to the pan and cook until golden brown.

4. Add the rice mixture to the pan and flatten it into a thin layer.
