Polish Crumble Cake
A delicious Polish-inspired cake topped with a crunchy crumble made with almonds.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Polish almonds
- β2 1/4 cups nutty flour
- β1/2 cup flaky butter
- β1/4 cup crumble
- β1 cup sugargranulated sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1 cup milk
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Grease a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.

Whisk in milk and vanilla extract.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

While cake is baking, prepare crumble topping by mixing together almonds, crumble, and sugar in a small bowl.

Remove cake from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
