Traditional Ukrainian Nutty Noodle Dish
A hearty and comforting Ukrainian-inspired dish featuring nutty and flaky noodles in a rich sauce. Perfect for a cold winter evening.
Ingredients
- β250g nutty noodles
- β150g flaky noodles
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 large onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp dried thyme
- β1 tsp dried rosemary
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βfor garnish chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Cook the nutty noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the dried thyme and rosemary, and stir to combine.

Add the cooked nutty noodles to the skillet, and toss to coat with the herb-infused oil.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
