Crispy Duck Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir-fry dish made with duck breast, served with nutty American-style fried rice.
Ingredients
- β500g Duck breastboneless, skinless
- β2 tablespoons Cooking oilvegetable oil
- β2 cups Nutty American-style ricecooked
- β1 Fluffy eggbeaten
- β1 teaspoon Fry seasoningto taste
- β1/2 cup Green onionschopped

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add the duck breast and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

3. Remove the duck from the pan and set aside.

4. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.

5. Add the beaten egg and scramble it until cooked through.

6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

7. Add the cooked duck back into the pan, along with the fry seasoning and chopped onions.

8. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the flavors have combined.
