Fluffy Kenyana Pancakes with Nutty Sauce
Delicious pancakes made with Kenyana flour and topped with a nutty sauce made from the finest ingredients.
Ingredients
- β250g Kenyana flour
- β2 Banane
- β15g nutty
- β100g fluffy
- β2 eggs
- β1 pate

In a large bowl, combine Kenyana flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Add the mashed bananas and nutty mixture and stir until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease with pate.

Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface.
