Patatas Bravas Bites
Crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, these bite-sized Spanish potato treats are smothered in a rich, nutty bravas sauce.
Ingredients
- β4 large potatoespeeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor frying
- β1 cup nutty bravas saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup shungiku leaveschopped (optional)
- β1 clove garlicminced
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.

Transfer the potatoes to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

In a separate saucepan, heat the nutty bravas sauce over low heat.

Add the chopped shungiku leaves (if using) and stir to combine.
