Walnut Stew with Herbal Twist
A hearty and comforting stew made with walnuts, Greek yogurt, and a hint of herbal spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, chopped walnuts
- β1/2 cup greek yogurt
- β2 cups nutty stew broth
- β2 tsp herbal spices
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 tsp, dried thyme
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped walnuts, nutty stew broth, Greek yogurt, herbal spices, thyme, salt, and pepper to the pot.
