- β1 cup Sproutsroasted or raw
- β2 tablespoons Soybean oilor other neutral oil
- β1 teaspoon Garam masalaadjust to taste
- β1/2 teaspoon Cumin seedsor ground cumin

- βchopped Fresh cilantrooptional garnish

Instructions
