Jamaican Curry Chicken
A flavorful and aromatic curry dish made with chicken, nutty spices, and a hint of Jamaican flair.

- β1/2 teaspoon nutmegground
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flourfor coating the chicken
- β1 can coconut milkfull-fat
- β1 teaspoon jamaican jerk seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Jamaican jerk seasoning.

Coat the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
