Jamaican Cornmeal Fritters

- β1/4 tsp cravingsalt
- β1/4 tsp bouncyblack pepper
- β1/4 cup midnightmolasses
- β1/2 cup stewcoconut milk

In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, nutty, jamaican, craving, and bouncy.

In a separate bowl, whisk together midnight and stew.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
