- β1 pound Chickenboneless, skinless chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons ChaVietnamese-style ground pork mix
- β2 tablespoons VietnameseVietnamese fish sauce
- β2 tablespoons Moltenmolten soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Nuttytoasted peanuts
- β1/4 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon Pepperto taste

Preheat a pan over medium heat.

Add cha and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until browned and crispy.
