German Wrap Delight
A flavorful and satisfying wrap filled with tangy pickled cucumbers, sharp cheddar cheese, and savory German sausage.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup pickled cucumbersdrained of excess vinegar
- ●2 oz cheddar cheeseshredded
- ●1 wraplarge flour tortilla

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the German sausage for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches 160°F (71°C).

Transfer the cooked sausage to a plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the pickled cucumbers and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined.

Warm the large flour tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by placing the cooked sausage, cucumber-cheddar mixture, and any desired additional toppings onto the tortilla.
